Project H.E.A.L provides culturally competent support for individuals affected by trauma. We offer FREE
therapeutic services, restorative circles, creative workshops, motivational speaking, and day trips based on personalized intake assessments.

HEALING CIRCLES
Ages: 12+
Imagine the circle as your cherished girls' night out, a cozy family get-together, or a laid-back barbecue with your buddies. The healing circle offers a space where you can freely share your life experiences without feeling pressured to give or receive unwanted advice. It's a safe environment to open up and discuss your emotions with like-minded individuals who share similar interests.
Family support group

GROUP THERAPY
Ages: 12-18
Supported by New York State, this group is designed for young individuals eager to dive into mental health discussions among their peers. Led by a therapist who applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the program aims to tackle present challenges effectively.

Youth Leadership academy

For individuals transitioning from situations like incarceration, homelessness, rehabilitation, grief, etc., who aim to kickstart a mental wellness routine as a part of their journey towards wholeness. The program spans nine weeks and is available in-person, hybrid, or virtually.
Start your wellness journey with a certified peer support through 10 sessions offered in person, hybrid, or virtually.
